I hereby launch my long-awaited (by me, at least) new website. This replaces the various temporary sites and holding pages which I’ve had over the last year or two. I would have loved to have had something online much sooner, but have been so busy with other things (work, preparation for Dutch exams, working on some music of my own, life in general etc) that I only came to seriously think about what form this site might take, and how it might look, at the beginning of this year.
As is to be expected of the website of a graphic designer, there are examples of my work featured quite prominently. There are also a few paragraphs of explanatory text here and there.
This website is much easier for me to update than my previous ones, so I will endeavour to add things to it periodically. When I do so, I’ll make an announcement on this page. Subscribe to my RSS feed if you would like to be notified when this happens.
I have also decided to open up these announcements for visitor comments – partly because I wanted to learn how to do it (and this site seemed to be the best opportunity for me to do so at the moment), but also partly to (slightly) compensate for my not being a member of Facebook or any other social network. Not that you’ll discover what mood I am in at a given moment, let alone see any photos of me in states of undress and/or intoxication on this site. However, for anyone visiting who has the inclination to leave me a (public) message, it should hopefully suffice. (Anyone wanting to contact me privately, for example with offers of work, should visit my contact page.)
